Join the team

Our mission is to Cultivate Community through the Good Life. We are hospitable team players who strive to be better every day. If this sounds like you, come join our growing family of food and beverage businesses.

In 2024, the TASTE Family of Businesses (TFOB) officially transitioned to a 100% employee-owned company through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). At TFOB, we’ve always believed that our people are the heart of our success. Becoming an employee-owned company means that every team member can have a direct stake in our future, allowing us to attract and retain top-tier talent who are invested in making TFOB the best it can be. Employee ownership means that every team member is personally invested in making TASTE the best it can be—leading to an even higher level of service, quality, and care. If you’re looking for a rewarding career where you can grow, thrive, and be part of something special, we’d love to have you on our team.

As an employer, we are committed to hiring, retaining and developing a workforce and leadership team that reflects the diverse communities we serve. We believe minorities, women, LGBTQ+, and people with disability deserve more access and opportunity, and we are actively recruiting people of all different backgrounds to our teams during our ongoing hiring process. We are a V3-certified company.

what’s it like
to work at taste?

  • From your first day, we work to cultivate a great workplace culture that enables our team members to provide a great experience for our guests. Our Orientation Video provides an introduction to who we are as a company, the behavior we expect at work, and important resources for your success. Soon after, you’ll attend a Good Life Tour which delves into TASTE’s history and culture and includes an onsite tour of TASTE HQ, led by the Executive team. It’s a fast, fun, and extremely engaging session, complete with snacks and prizes.

  • Here at The TASTE Family of Businesses, we have an Open Door Policy of communication - meaning we believe that transparency is ultimately beneficial to all. Our monthly bulletin is distributed to all team members and includes relevant information, birthdays, announcements and more.

  • Company get-togethers, like our annual Tides game outing and ADP Corporate 5k, are always major highlights that boost our community. All team members are encouraged to participate.

  • A wide range of celebratory traditions foster a spirit of togetherness. Team members receive special recognition and gifts for work anniversaries. Five different awards are given annually to outstanding team members. TASTE team members receive a surprise perk on Employee Appreciation Day. Around the holidays, extra-fun holiday spirit lifters make their way to all locations. We also encourage team members to celebrate various holidays via Spirit Weeks, like Pride Week, when team members proudly donned rainbow colors; Memorial Day Weekend, when Hawaiian shirts became the uniform; and NFL Spirit Week, when football jerseys were allowed.

  • As a part of our mission To Cultivate Community Through The Good Life, we encourage all team members to volunteer in the community in any way they see fit. A company benefit we are proud of is VTO - 8 hours of paid time to volunteer. We also organize team volunteering opportunities, like the Clean the Bay Day cleanup and food pantry distribution event.
